Laya Healthcare announce new plan and benefit changes – 1 August 2023

On 1 August 2023, Laya is introducing a new advanced plan called Core Connect. For more information about the plan, download the files at the end of this page.

Benefit changes

On 1 August 2023, Laya will make benefit changes to the following plans:

• Simply Health Choice
• Prime
• 360 Care

Simply Health Choice will have the following changes:

• Embryo freezing will be included in the Fertility Preservation Benefit
• A Pre-Implantation Genetic Testing Benefit will be added.
• Occupational therapy will no longer be limited to five visits and a separate assessment
• Speech and language therapy will no longer be limited to eight visits and a separate assessment

Prime and 360 Care will both have the following change:

• The Infertility Initial Consultation Benefit will be removed.
